Also, rice is easily digestible and hence the calories are absorbed by the body. Other than this rice is good for diarrhea, nausea, indigestion, skin disorders, dysentery and high blood pressure.

Below is a simple Chinese recipe for you. It is recommended to use long grain for Chinese foods but medium grain can also be used.

The ingredients are: a. cup of finely chopped meat of your choice b. 2 tablespoon of oil c. 3 oz or 1 can of sliced, broiled and drained mushrooms d. 4 cups of day old cooked and chilled rice e. 1 finely chopped green onion f. 1 egg beaten.

First you need to brown meat in hot oil before adding all the ingredients except for egg to it. Then cook it over low heat for about ten minutes. Remember to stir continuously. Add egg and let it cook for another five minutes. Your rice dish is ready to be served.
